01 / Overview

EasyQuran AI Web is the browser counterpart to the EasyQuran AI mobile app — a fast, responsive Next.js platform for reading all 114 surahs with word-by-word translation, streaming audiobooks and recitations, and a searchable directory of Allah's 99 Names.

02 / Problem

The mobile app covers phones and tablets, but readers researching from a desktop, sharing a verse link, or studying with a keyboard needed a first-class web experience instead of a cramped mobile layout stretched to fit a browser.

03 / My Role

Front-end engineer — Next.js architecture, responsive surah/reader layouts, in-browser audio player, and Names of Allah reference pages.

04 / Features Built

  • All 114 surahs with complete Arabic text and translation
  • Word-by-word translation toggle with Uthmani and IndoPak script options
  • In-browser audiobook and recitation player with per-surah navigation
  • Allah's 99 Names reference with meanings and Quranic citations
  • Shareable links for individual surahs and verses
  • Responsive layout matching the mobile app's design language

05 / Tech Stack

ReactNext.jsTypeScriptAudio Streaming

06 / Result

Live in production alongside the App Store, Google Play, and Huawei AppGallery mobile releases.
